Joining is simple! You can sign up online through our website, via our mobile app, or during your next stay at any Oterra property. Membership is completely free.
You earn points for every dollar spent on eligible charges during your stay, including room rates, dining, and spa services. The earning rate depends on your membership tier.
Points can be redeemed for free nights, room upgrades, dining experiences, spa treatments, and more. You can redeem points online or by contacting our Privilege Club desk.
Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. Your points balance will remain active as long as you have at least one qualifying stay every 24 months.
You advance to the next tier by accumulating a certain number of qualifying nights or base points within a calendar year. Gold status requires 20 nights or 40,000 points, Platinum requires 40 nights or 80,000 points.
